Yes. Every studio gets a 7-day free trial with full access to every module. No credit card is required to start.
How much does Nirmify cost?+
Nirmify is currently 50% off launch pricing: ₹500 per month (was ₹1000) or ₹4000 per year (was ₹8000). Custom pricing is available for multi-studio accounts or on-premise deployment.
Does Nirmify handle GST correctly?+
Yes. Quotations and invoices automatically apply CGST+SGST or IGST based on whether the studio and client are in the same state or different states, and populate your studio's own letterhead.
Does Nirmify support on-premise deployment?+
Yes. Studios and enterprises that need data to stay inside their own infrastructure — for data-residency, security, or compliance reasons — can run Nirmify entirely on-premise, with the same feature set as the hosted product. Pricing is scoped to the deployment; contact us to discuss it.
Can Nirmify be customised for our studio's specific workflow?+
Yes, on the Custom / Enterprise plan. Custom integrations, workflow adjustments, and multi-studio setups are scoped individually — contact us with what you need.
What roles and permissions does Nirmify support?+
Nirmify enforces role-based access across every module — separate roles for admins, managers, accountants, site engineers, and more, plus a scoped client portal so clients only ever see their own project, never internal studio data.
Does Nirmify include tools for on-site calculations?+
Yes. A built-in toolkit covers unit conversion, tile, paint, and plywood/laminate calculators, a cutlist optimizer, and material estimators for concrete, brick masonry, and plastering — plus procurement estimators for electrical and plumbing quantities.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
